The truth of the matter is that while each situation is different, the general process is the same: first, you bring the phone to us so we can diagnose the problem. Then, we inform you of the problem and how much time we need to repair the phone; usually, we can fix them on the same day. After that, we provide a price and, if it works for you, repair your phone.
